What data do we collect from you and why?
Contact details
When you fill in the contact form on our website, we keep a record of the information you provide. We securely store your first name, last name, telephone number, email address, message, IP address and the time of sending. This is necessary in order to communicate with you properly.
When you download an e-book or file, we store your e-mail address and name, if you give us permission to do so. We need this information to be able to send you the downloads.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your name and e-mail address. We need this information to send you our newsletters and to keep you informed of our activities and services.
When you become a customer of Aperta, we keep some extra data of you such as your company name, address and invoicing data.
Your data is securely stored in our email management system Mautic and our customer management system Vtiger. These partners are also GDPR compliant.
What do we use your data for?
The personal data you provide will be used for the following purposes: our customer management, to send you newsletters, to keep you informed of our activities and for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not collect or use information for purposes other than those described in this privacy policy unless we have obtained your prior consent.
With whom do we share your data?
Only Aperta uses your data. We do NOT share your data with third parties.
How long do we keep your data?
Aperta will retain your personal data for 1 month after you unsubscribe from our newsletter.
How we protect your data
We make every effort to take all reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the personal information in our possession from misuse, loss or unauthorised access. We do this through a variety of appropriate technical and organisational measures. These include measures to deal with suspected data breaches.

What rights do you have?

You have the right to request the data we have on you from us, so that you can pass it on to another company offering a similar service without any problems.
